An Engineer by qualification, CFA charterholder, and dual postgraduate in Marketing and Finance, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. Srikanth is a leadership coach and former IT industry executive with 20+ years of experience at global firms including Hays PLC (UK), Samsung, and Microsoft. He led the launch and growth of Hays India to over 500 employees and played a key role in establishing Samsung SDS in India. At Microsoft, he managed several strategic initiatives, including the ‘Campus to Corporate’ program. In 2020, after years of corporate and startup experience, Srikanth founded Guiding Light Coaching Services, offering personal and professional development through coaching and workshops. He currently coaches entrepreneurs and founders, and mentors over 150 coaches in achieving their ICF credentials via the portfolio path. He holds a B.Tech (Hons.) from IIT Kharagpur and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
