As Co-founder and CEO of Synersoft Technologies, he has led the company since 2008 in delivering high-impact, cost-effective IT solutions designed specifically for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across India and global markets.
In addition to his role at Synersoft, Mr. Vishal Shah also serves as the CEO and Co-founder of United SMEs, an initiative focused on empowering and enabling SMEs through collaborative platforms, knowledge sharing, and accessible technology solutions.
An Engineer by qualification, CFA charterholder, and dual postgraduate in Marketing and Finance, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. His strengths span product development, strategic planning, investor relations, and technology commercialization.
Under his leadership, Synersoft’s flagship solution, BLACKbox, has earned multiple industry accolades for its innovation in data protection, IT standardization, and information security. Mr. Gaurav Marya is the Chairman and Founder of Franchise India Group, the world’s leading integrated franchise consulting company, established in 1999. With over 25 years of experience in franchising and business growth, he has advised more than 15,500 businesses—from emerging startups to established enterprises—across India and international markets. His expertise spans franchising, licensing, retail, real estate, and marketing.

Srikanth is a leadership coach and former IT industry executive with 20+ years of experience at global firms including Hays PLC (UK), Samsung, and Microsoft. He led the launch and growth of Hays India to over 500 employees and played a key role in establishing Samsung SDS in India. At Microsoft, he managed several strategic initiatives, including the ‘Campus to Corporate’ program.
In 2020, after years of corporate and startup experience, Srikanth founded Guiding Light Coaching Services, offering personal and professional development through coaching and workshops. He currently coaches entrepreneurs and founders, and mentors over 150 coaches in achieving their ICF credentials via the portfolio path.
He holds a B.Tech (Hons.) from IIT Kharagpur and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
