She started coaching in 2015 as an ICF accredited Coach for the Fortune 500 companies like ThermoFisher Scientific, Lenovo where she served both in India, APAC region focusing on leadership capability and resilience. She is sought after to support senior executives facing abnormally challenging seasons as well as preparing talented women to step into senior leadership roles. She holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School, UK, and has multiple certifications as a Professional Behavioural Analyst (DISC), HOGAN Personality Assessment Interpreter, Trainer for Frontline Leaders, Coach by Neuroleadership Institute (International Coaching Federation(USA) for Coaching and Organizational Development Practitioner (ODA & Tata Institute of Social Sciences) ensuring that her engagements incorporate the values and standards of the organizations she is working with. Srikanthan Kumarasamy (aka Srikanth)
Srikanth has 20+ years of work experience in the IT industry. He has served in senior positions in MNCs like Hays PLC (UK), Samsung, and Microsoft.
He spearheaded the establishment of the subsidiary for Hays PLC in India and grew it to 500+ employees spread across multiple locations. He played a key role in setting up Samsung SDS in India and built a few product development teams.
He also held leadership roles for Microsoft India for a few verticals including the ‘Campus to Corporate’ program for 2 years.
After leaving the corporate world 13 years ago, he has explored a few startups and consulted for a few startups.During the pandemic in 2020, he started his full-time coaching business.
He’s the Founder and Head Coach at Guiding Light Coaching Services, a firm specializing in personal and professional development through workshops, 1-on-1, and group coaching.
Currently he coaches entrepreneurs and startup founders in connecting with their purpose and improving their performance. He passionately mentors 150+ coaches in their ICF credentialing journey.
His primary focus is to support coaches in achieving their ICF credentials through the portfolio path and guiding them in building their coaching practice.Srikanth holds a B. Tech (Hons.) in Electronics &Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He also holds an MCC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
